All our toys are professionally packed for safe delivery both nationally and internationally.  Courier delivery is free for orders within New Zealand, and we offer our international customers a choice of Courier Post or Economy Post.

The cost of delivery is additional to the price of the toy, and prices vary depending on which country we are delivering to.

When you select an item for your shopping basket, and enter the name of the recipient and their address, the delivery cost is automatically calculated for you.  All delivery charges include insurance for loss or damage.

Our international courier service uses a Track and Trace system which means we can give delivery status updates on request (subject to conditions).  Simply email us at info@toysnz.co.nz.  However we are unable to offer this service with Economy Post.
